AI-Powered Task Management Designed for Digital Nomads
Welcome Remote Workers and Digital Nomads! You have found your tribe.
Our company founder and team members have been remote workers and digital nomads.
Over the years, and maybe like you, we discovered the need to track many small but important things.
We built this Digital Nomad Toolbox to bring together the best lessons from our experiences and make your life as fulfilling as a traveling lifestyle can be.
Countdown Tasks: A Key to VISA Confidence
To have the confidence that every deadline is met, we wanted something better than a single item on the calendar or a pop-up reminder that we might miss.
For this, we built COUNTDOWN TASKS. If you add a DUE date to a Task.it item, the TITLE is re-written each day to include the number of days left. ("e.g. 12d: VISA paperwork for Portugal”)
The goal was to create a subtle reminder of those small but important tasks every time you see your calendar.
To make your first Countdown Task easier, we created a QuickTask below.
Discover your AI Rescheduler for Timezone Independence
Often the digitally nomadic life offers a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. We wanted to ensure that if we decided to be spontaneous - all our tasks were rescheduled.
For that, we built the Task.it rescheduler. Every 30 minutes, any task that isn’t marked as done, gets rescheduled. So you can enjoy that day trip - and ensure there’s no need to reschedule your tasks.
And if you happen to change time zones, 30 minutes later, all your tasks are automatically rescheduled into the new time zone.
Save Travel Ideas in your Calendar Months in Advance
We know how easy it can be to lose a list in your notes app. Task.it turns your calendar into a “universal in-tray” where you can collect ideas and inspiration for co-working spaces, coffee shops, and weekend day trips while you travel.
Use the START command to block off time to visit must-see local landmarks while you’re in a specific area.
You can choose when you want reminders depending on your travel dates and work schedule, helping you make the most of your downtime at every destination.
Try the QuickTask below to test the start command now.
